Then ask why the proposed medicine fits the problem. Ask what other choices are worth discussing and what a decision to wait would mean.

Use your own words for the problem. If a reply feels hard to follow, ask for a shorter explanation.

The FDA notes that people receiving compounded medicines online may not know which pharmacy prepared them.

- Which pharmacy would prepare or supply it?
- Why is this product being proposed for me?
- What might go wrong, and who can I reach?
- Will the pharmacist walk me through the label and how to store it?
Before the visit ends
- What does the full fee include?
- What changes after any starting offer?
- When will we review whether this plan is helping?
- How do I raise a concern between visits?
- What do I do if I want to stop the plan?
Read your notes back. Ask for any missing answer in writing. Bring that note to the next conversation so the plan stays clear.
